Qualifications

• PCI Quality Control Personnel Certification Level III, current, with 6+ years of precast and prestressed QC including supervision.
• Familiar with PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and state DOT precast specifications.
• Experience preparing plants for PCI certification and hosting audits.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals to PCI and DOT requirements.
• Lead corrective actions and resolve structural acceptance questions with the engineer of record.
• Audit supplier plants for owners and agencies; supervise and develop Level I/II inspectors.
