Job summary

The role requires PCI QC Level III certification, 6+ years in precast QC, and strong collaboration with engineers of record and DOT inspectors, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of precast and prestressed QC including supervision.
• Current PCI Level III certification required.
• Familiar with PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and state DOT specs.
• Credible with plant managers, engineers of record, and inspectors.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals to PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and DOT requirements.
• Prepare plants for PCI certification audits and DOT approvals.
• Lead corrective actions and resolve structural acceptance questions on prestressed products.
• Audit supplier plants for owners and agencies; qualify precast suppliers.
• Supervise and develop Level I and II inspectors across plants and projects.
