Qualifications

• PCI QC Level III certification required.
• 6+ years precast QC experience, including supervision.
• Knowledge of PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and state DOT specs.
• Experience preparing a plant for PCI certification and hosting the audit.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals.
• Prepare plants for PCI certification audits and DOT approvals.
• Lead corrective actions and resolve prestressed issues with the engineer of record.
• Audit supplier plants for owners and agencies; qualify precast suppliers.
