Qualifications

• PCI Level III certification current and in good standing.
• 6+ years of precast and prestressed QC experience including supervision.
• Familiar with PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and state DOT specs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals to PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and DOT requirements.
• Prepare plants for PCI certification audits and DOT approvals.
• Lead corrective actions and resolve structural acceptance questions with the engineer of record.
• Audit supplier plants for owners and agencies; qualify precast suppliers.
• Supervise and develop Level I and II inspectors across plants and projects.
• Walk the yard and test the plant floor where the manual is put to the test.
