Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Senior Precast Inspector III to lead plant QC programs and guide audits for PCI certification and DOT approvals. You will resolve complex prestressed structure questions with engineers of record and supervise Level I/II inspectors across multiple plants.

The role requires active PCI Level III certification, 6+ years in precast QC, and strong communication with plant managers, engineers, and inspectors. Travel and per diem are part of the position.

Qualifications

• Active PCI QC Personnel Certification Level III.
• 6+ years in precast and prestressed QC, including supervision.
• Experience with PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and state DOT specs.
• Proven ability to coordinate plant audits and host PCI audits.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals to PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and DOT requirements.
• Prepare plants for PCI certification audits and DOT approvals.
• Lead corrective actions and resolve structural acceptance questions with the engineer of record.
• Audit supplier plants for owners and agencies.
• Supervise and develop Level I and II inspectors across plants and projects.
