Job summary

You will establish plant QC programs, prepare plants for PCI audits, and resolve structural acceptance questions with the engineer of record.

This role requires PCI Quality Control Personnel Certification Level III, 6+ years of relevant QC with supervision, and a deep command of PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and DOT specs.

Qualifications

• PCI Quality Control Personnel Certification Level III, current, with 6+ years of precast and prestressed QC including supervision.
• Strong knowledge of PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and state DOT specs.
• Experience preparing a plant for PCI certification and hosting audits.
• Credible with plant managers, engineers of record, and DOT inspectors.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals to PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and DOT requirements.
• Prepare plants for PCI certification audits and DOT approvals.
• Lead the corrective actions.
• Resolve structural acceptance questions on prestressed products with the engineer of record.
• Audit supplier plants on behalf of owners and agencies.
• Supervise and develop Level I and II inspectors across plants and projects.
