Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a senior Precast Concrete Inspector III to lead quality programs, prepare plants for PCI audits, and resolve structural questions on prestressed products. You will supervise junior inspectors and coordinate with owners and agencies to maintain certification across multiple plants.

The role requires PCI QC Level III, 6+ years in precast/prestressed QC, and experience hosting PCI audits. Travel to supplier plants and project sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of precast and prestressed QC including supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and state DOT specifications.
• Experience preparing plants for PCI certification and hosting audits.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals to PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and DOT requirements.
• Prepare plants for PCI certification audits and DOT approvals; lead corrective actions.
• Audit supplier plants; supervise and develop Level I and II inspectors across plants and projects.
