Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) seeks a Consulting Systems Engineer in the Houston area to lead technical vision for Fortune 500–2000 clients. You will design multi-cloud strategies, modern data centers and security solutions while guiding customers through complex digital transformations.

You will travel up to 25% and partner with sales to align customer goals with innovative technologies. ATC workshops and demos accelerate value and learning for clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in solutions architecture or systems engineering for large enterprise environments.
• Deep technical expertise across data center infrastructure, storage, compute, backup and cloud/hybrid architectures.
• Broad IT knowledge including networking, security and collaboration/unified communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical sales strategy for key accounts and design innovative architecture solutions.
• Partner with Sales through discovery, design sessions, demos and solution presentations.
• Translate customer requirements into compelling designs and proposals for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with OEM partners to craft unified, cost-effective solutions.
