Job summary

DTEX Systems seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead technical discussions, deliver compelling product demonstrations, conduct threat analysis, and manage POVs for enterprise customers. You will own the POV lifecycle and work with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to translate complex concepts into ROI-focused solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in cloud/endpoints security, MITRE ATT&CK knowledge, SIEM integration, and strong communication with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Enterprise technical pre-sales experience.
• Ability to convert POVs to closed deals and ensure customer success.
• Strong written and verbal communication; problem solving across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience selling to C-suite and Enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead POV lifecycle from scoping to closure.
• Prepare post-POV analysis and ROI reports.
• Communicate complex technical concepts across IT/Security/HR/Legal.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Marketing, Product.
• Travel within designated region.
• Create and maintain SE resources: videos, demos, whitepapers.
