The role progresses from first-line manager to senior manager scope, welcoming both first-time managers and seasoned leaders overseeing large groups. Our software powers tens of thousands of retail stores worldwide, including major warehouse clubs, big-box retailers, and global brands.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in software development.
• 3–10 years in leadership or management.
• Strong software engineering background with track record of shipping production systems.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery, quality, and team health for ELERA product areas.
• Hire, develop, and performance-manage engineers; manage career paths.
• Maintain technical fluency and participate in design reviews and debugging.
• Know architecture, backlog, and product performance in market.
• Own customer escalations and meet SLAs.
