Job summary

Meadow Memorials is expanding its national Pre-Planning sales team. We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to hire, train, and develop reps and to shape how we sell in a high-trust, consultative process.

You will lead day-to-day team operations, set performance standards, and drive growth from a small team toward our ambitious expansion goals. You will build a scalable sales culture, ensure rapid onboarding, and maintain healthy quota attainment as we scale to roughly 10 reps in six months and

Qualifications

• Proven sales manager with experience leading reps to quota.
• Ability to hire, train, and develop early-career reps.
• Ability to define performance standards and onboarding gates.
• Comfort with a consultative, high-trust sales process.
• Experience coaching early-career reps through first close.

Responsibilities

• Grow the team to about 10 in six months, hire and onboard reps.
• Define performance bar for Pre-Planning reps and onboarding gates.
• Document and test changes to sales scripts or approach.
• Lead day-to-day leadership of the pod, including 1:1s and ramp reviews.
• Maintain high retention and quota attainment within the team.
