Job summary

Meadow is hiring a remote salesperson to join its expanding team. You’ll learn consultative selling, engage with families, and grow into senior sales and leadership roles as the company scales, with ongoing coaching and weekly feedback.

You don’t need prior sales experience; we hire on potential and provide structured paid training, a Monday–Friday schedule in Pacific hours, an $80K OTE ($50K base + $30K variable), and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a $300 WFH stipend.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; we hire on potential.
• Must be coachable and driven, with grit and hospitality.
• Spanish speaking a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive 15-25 high quality calls with families, inbound and follow ups.
• Ask good questions and listen to explain trade-offs clearly.
• Follow up by phone, text, and email and track your numbers.
• Get coached constantly: call reviews and weekly 1:1s.
