Meadow is expanding nationally and seeks a Senior Sales Manager to lead the Pre-Planning sales team. You will hire, train and develop reps, shaping how we sell in a high-trust, consultative environment.

As a manager, you’ll define performance standards, monitor onboarding gates, and ensure the team hits quotas while maintaining healthy attrition. Remote-friendly role with growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record of managing sales reps to quota.
• Ability to define standards and ramp programs for early-career reps.
• Experience building and leading a high-performing sales team.

Aufgaben

• Grow the team to about 10 in your first six months.
• Define performance bar for Pre-Planning reps with clear metrics.
• Build and codify our sales approach and script.
• Own day-to-day leadership of the pod, including 1:1s and pipeline reviews.
• Create a team that performs at quota with low attrition.
