Meadow is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead and grow the Pre-Planning sales team. You will hire, train, and develop reps, and establish the standards a fast-growing team operates on. This role focuses on rapid team ramp and driving early closes as Meadow transforms the deathcare industry.

You will manage a remote team, define performance metrics, and shape the sales approach through testing and iteration, all while maintaining high standards and trusted, consultative selling practices.

Formación

• Proven sales manager with experience ramping reps to quota.
• Comfort with consultative, high-trust sales over phone or video.
• High care and high standards for building strong, scalable teams.
