Meadow is a fast-growing remote startup hiring a sales-oriented, coachable candidate with no required sales background. You’ll learn consultative selling, listen to families, explain options, and help them make confident decisions without cold calling.

Day to day you’ll drive 15-25 high-quality calls with families, ask insightful questions, follow up by phone, text, and email, and track your numbers. We’ll provide paid training, mentorship, and a generous OTE of $80,000 with base pay and growth.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; we can teach the job.
• You’re driven to win and care about your pipeline.
• Warm, clear on the phone, even when the other person isn’t.
• Open to feedback and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Drive 15-25 high quality calls with families, inbound and follow ups
• Ask good questions, actually listen, explain trade-offs plainly
• Follow up by phone, text, and email, and track your numbers
• Get coached constantly: call reviews, live feedback, weekly 1:1s
