Meadow is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead and grow the Pre-Planning sales team, hiring, training, and developing reps who help families plan ahead. You will shape how we sell, create the standards the team runs on, and lead day-to-day leadership as the team expands to scale our growth opportunities.

The role emphasizes a thoughtful, high-trust sales culture, with mentoring, script testing, and a focus on early-career reps to reach first closes and long-term retention.

Responsibilities

• Grow the team to about 10 in your first six months.
• Define what great looks like and set performance bar for a Pre-Planning rep.
• Build our point of view on how we sell and test changes to scripts/approach.
• Own day-to-day leadership of the pod including 1:1s, ramp reviews, and weekly pipeline inspection.
• Build a team that performs and stays with quota attainment and controlled attrition.
