Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Sr. Sales Advisor, Pre-Owned, to build relationships with customers and grow the Rivian community through our used-vehicle channel.

You will own the customer journey from qualification to purchase, delivering personalized experiences via phone, text, email, and other touchpoints. A strong drive for results and a passion for the Rivian brand will help you excel in a fast-paced, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, retail, customer service or hospitality at a premium brand.
• Experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required.
• Proven track record in a fast, commission-based sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets across used vehicle sales and related KPIs.
• Perform outbound follow-up to qualifying leads and advance them through the sales process.
• Support outbound campaigns and programs for used vehicle sales (regional campaigns, Rivian Preowned campaigns).
• Ensure a best-in-class customer experience aligned with Rivian values and culture.
• Educate customers on Rivian Preowned vehicles, warranties and financing options.
• Capture trends and share insights with leadership to identify opportunities.
