Responsibilities
- Lead liability, coverage, damages, and valuation for a senior pre-litigation docket.
- Gatekeep cases and determine go/no-go decisions for pre-lit handling.
- Direct medical build-up and settlement strategy with supporting paralegals.
- Own demand processes and set settlement parameters for negotiators.
- Mentor and supervise support staff to drive docket performance.
- Advise clients on treatment, progress, and settlement decisions.
