You will guide intake, evaluate new cases, mentor staff and junior attorneys, oversee settlements and lien resolutions, and collaborate with leadership to refine pre-litigation strategies for optimal client outcomes.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of legal experience with significant personal injury expertise.
- Proven record in valuing and settling personal injury cases.
- Strong leadership in a high-volume legal environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy on liability, coverage, damages, and settlement through intake to settlement.
- Evaluate new cases for progression, rejection, or special handling.
- Mentor and supervise support staff and junior attorneys.
- Oversee settlement negotiations and lien resolutions.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine pre-litigation strategies.
