Qualifications

• Texas license to practice law in good standing.
• 8+ years of personal injury experience.
• Proven track record valuing and settling cases at full value.
• Ability to evaluate liability and coverage and direct medical build-up.
• Experience resolving liens and distributions to maximize client net.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; client advocacy.
• Proficiency with legal tech and research tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead your pre-litigation docket from intake through settlement.
• Gatekeep new cases; decide go/no-go and special handling.
• Direct treatment strategy with paralegals and providers.
• Own the demand process and set settlement value.
• Direct settlement strategy and negotiations with adjusters.
• Oversee lien resolution and protect clients' net.
• Lead and mentor support staff; conduct full-docket reviews.
• Serve as client advocate during settlement decisions.
• Help shape firm strategy and Texas footprint.
