You will drive financial performance, capital planning, and cross‑functional collaboration with facilities, purchasing, and clinical teams. A Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s preferred, with 5+ years in a leadership role within healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Manages and balances provider templates for optimized utilization and monitors productivity.
• Evaluates and manages quality metrics to drive clinical quality and patient safety.
• Represents the service line during recruitment and monitors triggers.
• Oversees consumer experience and manages performance and training requirements.
• Leads team engagement and ensures mandatory training compliance.
• Ensures workflow optimization and accountability for providers and staff.
• Conducts performance conversations and rounds with providers and staff.
• Reviews renewals and conducts renewal discussions.
• Drives financial growth and budget performance for practices.
• Collaborates on capital planning and space planning for growth.
• Works with facilities on capital requests and vendor coordination.
• Partners on strategic and operational plans for learners and fellows.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
