You will oversee recruitment, capital planning, and budgets while improving patient experience and team engagement. A Bachelor’s in a related field is required, with a Master’s preferred; 5+ years of leadership experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a healthcare leadership role
• Experience in medical records, coding and reimbursement
• Experience with Physician Practice management and multi-site leadership
• Knowledge of Hospital operations (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Manages provider templates for optimized utilization and productivity
• Oversees quality metrics to drive patient safety and clinical quality
• Represents the service line during recruitment and planning
• Focuses on consumer experience through performance oversight and action plans
• Leads team development, engagement and mandatory training compliance
• Ensures workflow optimization for providers and staff
