• Represents the service line during recruitment, monitoring renewal discussions.
• Focuses on consumer experience through oversight and accountability of performance.
• Delivers on Team Member Promise through leadership development conversations.
• Ensures workflow optimization for providers and staff.
• Manages disciplinary action plans for providers and staff.
• Reviews upcoming provider renewals and conducts renewal discussions.
• Drives financial growth and budget performance of practices within service lines.
• Collaborates with facilities and purchasing for capital planning.
