AdventHealth is seeking a healthcare leader to manage provider templates, drive clinical quality, and oversee staffing and budgets for multiple practices. You will shape service-line outcomes, collaborate with facilities and purchasing, and ensure compliant operations across the organization.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare leadership, a Bachelor's (Master's preferred) in a related field, and strong data, finance, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance and accounting with regards to the oversight of a departmental budget.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of coding, billing, and reimbursement.
• Knowledge of policies and procedures of physician practices.

Responsibilities

• Manages and balances provider templates for optimized utilization and monitors productivity.
• Evaluates and manages quality metrics to drive clinical quality and patient safety; oversees licenses, certifications, inspections, and risk events.
• Represents the service line during recruitment, communicating needs for new providers and monitoring triggers.
• Focuses on consumer experience through oversight and accountability of performance and escalation of complaints.
• Delivers on Team Member Promise through leadership development conversations and engagement plans.
• Ensures workflow optimization and accountability across service lines and staff.
• Manages disciplinary action plans for providers and staff; conducts practice rounding.
• Reviews upcoming provider renewals and conducts renewal discussions.
• Drives financial growth and budget stewardship for practices within service lines; collaborates on capital planning.
