Job summary
AdventHealth in Florida is seeking a healthcare operations leader to manage provider templates, recruit and renew providers, and drive financial and clinical performance. You will oversee quality metrics, patient safety, and staff engagement while collaborating with facilities, purchasing, and governance to grow the practice portfolio.
You will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, manage budgets, and lead initiatives to optimize workflows, capital planning, and patient experience
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of medical technology and terminology.
- Experience in finance and accounting with regard to departmental budgets.
- Data analysis and critical thinking.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and scopes.
- Professional customer service and initiative.
- Proficient with MS Office and practice management software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of coding, billing, and reimbursement.
Responsibilities
- Manages provider templates for optimized utilization and productivity.
- Evaluates quality metrics to drive clinical quality and patient safety.
- Represents the service line during recruitment and provider renewals.
- Oversees consumer experience and escalation of complaints.
- Leads team engagement, training, and compliance with mandatory requirements.
- Ensures workflow optimization for providers and staff, with performance accountability.
- Manages disciplinary actions and conduct improvement rounds.
- Reviews upcoming provider renewals and renewal discussions.
- Drives financial growth and budget performance of practices.
- Assists in capital planning and cost management for practices.
