Job summary

Endeavor Health is hiring a Practice Manager III to oversee multiple medical practices within the system, guiding strategic planning, operations, staff development, and financial administration to ensure high-quality patient care.

Based in Skokie, IL, this full-time role requires 5+ years in healthcare management and a Bachelor’s in Health Administration or Business Administration; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree health administration required or
• Bachelor's degree business administration/management required
• Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years experience in healthcare management, with a strong background in medical practice or hospital management required.
• AHA Heartsaver CPR - American Heart Association (AHA) preferred

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing the daily operations of a group of medical practices, ensuring consistency and high-quality care across all locations.
• Recruiting, developing, and leading a team of practice managers and staff, setting performance expectations, providing mentorship, and ensuring professional development.
• Assuming responsibility for the financial performance of the practices, including budgeting, revenue management, expense control, and financial planning to optimize profitability.
• Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth, enhance patient access, and improve patient care quality across all practice locations.
• Maintaining a patient-centered approach, addressing patient inquiries and concerns, and ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction.
• Establishing and enforcing quality assurance and compliance measures, ensuring all practices adhere to healthcare regulations and industry best practices.
• Driving operational efficiency through process improvement, standardized protocols, and the use of healthcare technology to enhance patient care and record-keeping.
• Overseeing inventory management and supply procurement, ensuring practices are well-stocked and resources are used efficiently.
• Preparing and presenting comprehensive reports on the performance of all practice locations, analyzing financial, operational, and patient care metrics to inform decision-making.
• Collaborating with healthcare providers, hospital administration, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and coordinated care delivery across the system.
