Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or minimum 3 years of equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree in business or a healthcare related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of three years of healthcare management experience preferred.
• Financial management, operations management, and Electronic Medical Record experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build alliances, drive results and manage change.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the MA/PSAs that check-in and room patients for specialties who choose to use the Suites to see patients.
• Provide practice management in support of the physician patient relationship to optimize patient access to Endeavor Health Medical Group services.
• Manage the practice operations and respond to patient, physician, and employee issues in a timely fashion.
• Leverage technological enhancements to optimize patient access to Endeavor Health Medical Group services and enhance customer relationships.
• Achieve performance standards for revenue cycle, analyze monthly physician income and expenses, manage office expenses, and communicate financial results to physicians and staff.
• Ensure People Management Cycle for physician and staff is consistently implemented to include hiring for fit, onboarding, development and coaching, and performance review.
