Reporting to a director, you will manage budgeting, staffing, training, and performance management, advancing initiatives that align with organizational goals and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 5+ years of healthcare management experience.
• AHA CPR certification preferred.
• Experience directing staff and managing clinics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all support staff in the delivery of patient services on-site.
• Provide day-to-day direction and tasks to staff.
• Develop staff schedules and coordinates regular staff meetings.
