Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Practice Manager II for the Medical Group Thoracic Surgery in Evanston, IL. In this senior role you will oversee operations, lead staff, and support the physician-patient relationship to ensure accessible, high-quality care.

You will drive financial performance, implement process improvements, and leverage technology to enhance patient access and satisfaction across Endeavor Health's ambulatory network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or minimum 3 years of equivalent healthcare experience.
• Master’s degree in business or healthcare preferred.
• Minimum of three years of healthcare management experience preferred.
• Financial management, operations management, and EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MA/PSA check-in and rooming for specialties using the Suites.
• Support physician-patient relationships to optimize access to Endeavor Health Medical Group services.
• Manage daily practice operations and respond to patient, physician, and staff issues.
• Leverage technology to optimize patient access and strengthen customer relationships.
• Ensure revenue cycle performance; analyze physician income and expenses and manage office costs; partner with physician leaders on financial improvements.
• Lead People Management cycle: hiring, onboarding, development, coaching, and performance reviews.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3+ years experience
