Job summary

d-Matrix, a leader in AI infrastructure, seeks a Senior PR Manager to own media relations, craft releases, and support executive communications. You’ll manage agencies, build newsroom relationships, and scale the PR function as the company narratives break through major outlets.

Hybrid role in Santa Clara with direct CEO collaboration, press strategy, and industry awards focus. You’ll work to shape how the world discovers d-Matrix’s category-defining technology and drive impactful storytelling

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications.
• Proven experience managing external PR agencies.
• Strong relationships with technology reporters.
• Excellent writing and editing skills for releases and executive posts.
• Experience supporting C-suite with communications materials.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup with shifting priorities.
• Strong news judgment and ability to frame stories.
• Familiarity with AI, semiconductor, or data center markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day media relations and reporters relationships.
• Develop and execute press releases, pitches, media kits, talking points.
• Manage external PR agency relationships and ensure messaging alignment.
• Support executive communications including interview prep materials and CEO posts.
• Build analyst and influencer relationships over time.
• Identify awards and manage submissions.
