Job summary

You will report to the Senior Director, External Communications and partner with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Digital, Social, and Events to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging. The role emphasizes AI-assisted drafting, measurement, and agency management.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of communication and public relations experience, in-house or agency, with B2B brands in tech, SaaS, life sciences, healthcare, or regulated industries.
• Exceptional writer and editor with a portfolio of thought leadership work including bylines and contributed articles.
• Generative AI proficiency: integrating AI tools into PR workflows while maintaining brand voice.
• Strong operational skills to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional inputs.
• Proficiency in PR measurement tools and competitive intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development and execution of PR strategies and campaigns.
• Create narratives translating strategies, clinical evidence, and product launches into clear external stories.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Digital, Social and Events for cohesive messaging.
• Coordinate external PR agency relationships, including briefings and project tracking.
• Oversee PR operations, standardize processes, and maintain documentation.
• Establish and monitor PR performance metrics and regular executive reporting.
