Job summary

Novisync Solutions Inc. in Marietta, GA seeks a Senior Implementation Specialist to support PowerEdge Rack/Tower environments with IDRAC, plus RHEL and Ubuntu OS administration. The role requires onboarding into a large data center with hands-on BIOS lifecycle work and proactive monitoring.

You will work onsite five days a week, document the environment, coordinate maintenance with the customer, and liaise with Dell for break/fix activity while keeping runbooks up to date.

Qualifications

• Must have PowerEdge Rack/Tower experience and IDRAC exposure.
• Proficient in RHEL and Ubuntu OS administration.
• Experience working in a larger server environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Support day to day data center activities.
• Monitor data center operations and alert on amber lights or hot doors.
• Escort dispatched field engineers when applicable.
• LOIS parts management (training provided onsite).
• Maintain documentation of environment: serial numbers, elevations, runbooks.
• Coordinate with customer for maintenance activities: power, cooling, containment.
• Perform BIOS lifecycle management and user provisioning.
• Triage with Dell support for scheduling FSE break/fix activities.
• Update versions as directed by the customer team.
• Onsite resource availability 5 days a week with no exceptions.
