AMroute LLC is seeking a Server Support specialist for 100% onsite work in Marietta, GA. The role requires hands-on Dell PowerEdge hardware experience, iDRAC proficiency, and familiarity with large data center environments.

You will support daily data center operations, monitor equipment, and coordinate maintenance with the customer. Onsite presence 5 days a week is mandatory, with required training in Dell XE Server and related processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Dell PowerEdge hardware experience.
• iDRAC interface experience required.
• Experience in a large data center/server environment.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day data center activities.
• Proactively monitor the data center and alert on amber lights or issues.
• Escort dispatched field engineers when applicable.
• Maintain environment documentation: serial numbers, elevations, runbooks.
• Coordinate with customer for maintenance activities (power, cooling, containment).
• Perform BIOS lifecycle management and user management.
