Job summary

Novisync Solutions Inc. is seeking an Associate Implementation Specialist to support onsite data center operations in Memphis, TN. The role requires hands-on server hardware repair, Linux log analysis, and strong customer-facing communication.

You will coordinate with field engineers, manage service tickets, and ensure reliable system updates and hardware deployments in a fast-paced team environment. Flexibility for weekends and after-hours is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on server hardware repair experience and ability to learn quickly.
• Experience reading and analyzing Linux logs.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and teamwork in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track service tickets and requests.
• Escort and coordinate with dispatched field service engineers.
• Manage parts shipping, receiving, storage, and inventory.
• Maintain environment documentation including serial numbers, rack elevations, and runbooks.
• Coordinate with colocation teams for power, cooling, and facility maintenance.
• Execute customer-directed system and version updates.
• Proactively monitor servers and communicate issues to customers.
• Open, track, and manage service requests.
• Triage and coordinate break/fix activities with Dell support.
• Perform troubleshooting and log collection and implement vendor-recommended resolutions.
• Support firmware upgrades and hardware break/fix activities.
• Perform server parts replacement and hardware deployments.
• Perform OS installations, GPU configuration, and related testing.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure operational readiness.
• Handle urgent or unexpected issues as they arise and act as escalation point.
