Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Senior Transmission Line Engineer to join our Overhead Transmission Design team. Candidates may work from Southeast regional offices or opt for remote/hybrid arrangements with flexible scheduling.

You will lead project execution, manage teams, and coordinate with clients to deliver multi-discipline transmission line projects using PLS-CADD and related tools. Strong leadership and extensive field experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or closely related discipline.
• Engineer license required (multi-state preferred).
• 10+ years of post-education engineering and civil design experience.
• Extensive knowledge of PLS-CADD.
• Experience managing projects and leading multi-disciplined teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the initial project execution layout and establish an efficient project plan.
• Manage engineers, drafters, and designers and interface with the client.
• Maintain project schedules and budgets and produce status reports.
• Coordinate with clients on project status and support project meetings.
