Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business management or engineering with 4+ years of management experience.
• Two-year technical school graduate with 8+ years in leadership is acceptable.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and strong verbal/written communication.
• Strong leadership, planning, and project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with warranty administration.
• Analytical skills to interpret policies, procedures, and laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervisors, coordinators, and technicians with daily, weekly, and monthly operations.
• Review service reports and work orders for accuracy before closing.
• Drive continuous improvement using standard work, 6S, and root-cause analysis.
• Champion safety and mature the safety culture; monitor JSAs and incidents.
• Engage and develop staff through performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate cross-functional relations with Sales, Rental, Parts, and others.
• Address customer issues and provide solutions to maintain goodwill.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
