Job summary

Carolina Cat is seeking an Aftermarket Sales Manager to lead the parts and service sales team within the territory, drive revenue growth, expand Caterpillar parts and labor market share, and build strong customer and supplier relationships.

You will manage PSSR staff, develop a disciplined cadence of reviews, coordinate with Marketing, Finance, and the field team, and ensure accurate CRM data and pipeline visibility while maintaining a focus on profitability.

Qualifications

• College or technical degree preferred.
• Proven track record in parts and service sales management.
• Strong mentoring, coaching, and people-management skills.
• Ability to travel within the territory as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plan for parts and service sales.
• Grow Caterpillar parts market share and labor market share.
• Direct and coach PSSR staff to meet goals.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Sales Operations.
