MacAllister Machinery operates as Indiana and Michigan’s leading supplier of heavy equipment, selling, renting, and servicing a variety of top-tier products from manufacturers such as Caterpillar, Honda, Kubota, and many others.

While some vehicles weigh tons, the most vital heavy lifters within our organization come from the retail sales department. We Offer a Variety of Retail Sales Positions

We require sales representatives, associates, and coordinators to act as ambassadors to customers interested in partnering with us. Each branch needs a team of these professionals to boost regional sales and support the company’s overall financial health.

Responsibilities may vary depending on the position and the branch. In general, we expect sales professionals to be proficient at the following:

• Develop high output rates for equipment rentals and sales.
• Handle interested customers with respect and attention to detail, addressing their needs and recommending solutions as necessary.
• Coordinate with other employees to ensure completion of contracts and paperwork.
• Help meet established quotas, either by assisting others or directly handling accounts.

We offer work opportunities inside, outside, or at the counter. You might handle equipment rentals such as construction vehicles, or specialize in selling parts necessary to fix and rebuild units. The possibilities are extensive, and we are confident we can find an area that aligns with your working knowledge.

Being physically capable of performing duties is a requirement for every position; you should be able to lift 70+ pounds to help customers with transporting merchandise.
