Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with emphasis in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering.
• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive engineering experience.
• Preferred Professional Engineering (P.Eng.) license.
• PMP or CAPM (PMI) certification is a plus.
• Experience supporting full-machine product development in heavy equipment, drivetrain systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead full product development cycles from conception through completion using a stage-gate process.
• Develop and present technical and project updates to technical management and Chief Engineers.
• Lead drivetrain design, development, integration and validation—transmission systems, steering, and engine components.
• Manage multi-tiered BOMs and ERP integration in a structured release environment.
• Lead root cause analysis across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Support DFMEA, PPAP, VAVE, and 6S quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with machine system teams; coordinate with vendors/contractors; support site visits for audits.
• Support RFQ processes and interpret contracts affecting scope, timelines, and cost.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers for technical growth.
