Qualifications

• Strong background in real-time embedded control systems and hardware integration.

Responsibilities

• Mentor software engineers specializing in programmable hardware and displays for automation projects.
• Lead full software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment and commissioning.
• Collaborate with vehicle systems engineers and electrical engineers to define requirements and integrate systems.
• Own software development lifecycle infrastructure, toolchains, branching, and release governance.
• Develop project plans, monitor progress, and manage risks to meet timelines.
• Implement best practices for programming, code quality, and maintainability.
• Stay current with industry trends and integrate new tools for continuous improvement.
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across the team and with international partners.
• Oversee release of software components and ensure integration with hardware.
• Uphold company policies and maintain professional working relationships.
