Qualifications

• Requires degree in engineering plus 8–12+ years in power connector/systems engineering.
• Experience owning strategic technical relationships at senior/ principal level.
• Experience representing a company in industry standards organizations (e.g., UL, IEC).
• Excellent executive communication and roadmap-influencing skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy for requirements gathering and customer relationships in power architecture.
• Translate complex system power architectures into connector/cable requirements for product development.
• Act as senior technical spokesperson in customer leadership discussions.
• Shape multi-year roadmap and investment decisions for connectors/cables.
• Define specification frameworks and technical documentation standards for new products.
• Provide design-in support and escalation for complex qualification challenges.
• Represent the organization in industry standards bodies and consortia.
• Offer technical leadership and mentorship across teams.
• Identify long-term architecture shifts and translate them into product roadmaps.
