Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS) in the United States seeks a Senior Power Systems Architect to own and drive power architecture requirements for connector and cable solutions. You will interface with hyperscalers and OEMs, translating system-level needs into actionable interconnect specifications and roadmaps.

You will lead technical discussions, collaborate with engineering teams, and mentor junior staff while shaping product development and industry standards.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in engineering with power interconnect focus.
• Experience translating system-level power architecture requirements into connector specifications.
• Experience with high-voltage interconnect design for data centers.
• Proven history managing a customer technical relationship.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for direct customer engagement.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical requirements-gathering relationship with customer engineering teams for power architecture requirements.
• Translate system-level power architecture into connector and cable requirements to shape product development.
• Lead power-architecture discussions with customers, presenting solution options and roadmaps.
• Partner with product engineering, manufacturing and R&D to influence roadmap decisions.
• Develop and own technical requirement documents and specification inputs for new product development.
