EOLA Power in Las Vegas, NV seeks a POWER SYSTEMS SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE to lead multi-million dollar sales across healthcare, data centers, and federal sectors. You will own the full sales cycle, build strategic relationships, and coordinate with engineering and contracts teams to deliver tailored critical power solutions.

Candidates should have 5+ years in UPS/critical infrastructure, proven $2M–$5M annual closes, and a self-driven, organized approach to complex technical deals.

Formación

• 5+ years experience in UPS systems, electrical power, generators, batteries, critical infrastructure, or related industrial sectors
• Strong understanding of electrical concepts: UPS topology, battery systems, bypass configurations, kVA sizing, power distribution, and system replacements
• Proven record of closing $2M–$5M+ annually (after ramp)
• Clear communication, professional presence, strong follow-through
• Experience with hospitals, municipalities, industrial plants, or data centers is a plus
• Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing complex technical sales independently

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle sales: site visits, scoping, technical assessments, proposals, negotiation, close
• Develop long-term relationships with mission-critical clients (healthcare, industrial, federal, municipal, data center)
• Collaborate with engineering, inside sales, contracting, and field service teams to deliver accurate solutions
• Build and maintain your own book of business with full support behind you
