Job summary

HDR in Seattle is seeking a Senior Project Manager General to lead multi-discipline teams from development to close-out on major power projects. You'll coordinate schedules, budgets, and client relations, while mentoring staff and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.

This role requires deep PM expertise, strong communication, and the ability to work across engineering, design, and production teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of related experience.
• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office, estimating and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate multi-discipline teams through the project lifecycle.
• Manage large or complex projects with a sizable staff.
• Direct multiple projects concurrently.
• Maintain client relations and participate in meetings.
• Lead deliverable development with staff and stakeholders.
• Manage staffing and workloads to meet schedule.
• Monitor budgets and adjust work to stay within constraints.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations and Leadership on reviews.
• Implement QA/QC procedures.
• Supervise staff and mentor junior PMs.
• Perform other duties as needed.
