Worley is seeking a Senior Project Director - Power in the USA (Austin, TX) to provide executive leadership on major EPC/EPCM power projects. You will guide delivery across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning while driving safety, data-centric practices, and strong customer relationships.

Formación

• Extensive experience as a Project Director on large scale power plant construction projects (Simple Cycle & Combined Cycle).
• Degree qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline; professional registrations and/or PM certifications preferred.
• Significant experience delivering major power generation or energy infrastructure projects across EPC and EPCM delivery models.

Responsabilidades

• Provide executive leadership across large and mega power projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project controls.
• Drive safety leadership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement integrated project execution strategies.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, forecasting, cost management and recovery planning.
• Champion data-centric execution methodologies and digital project systems.
• Ensure compliance with governance, contractual obligations, and industry standards.
• Lead customer engagement and establish trusted relationships with stakeholders.
