Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead all construction activities on major industrial projects on site, ensuring safe, on-time delivery and alignment with project objectives.

You will direct field teams, coordinate with engineering, procurement, commissioning, and operations, and drive safety, quality, and performance. This role requires extensive field leadership, EPC/EPCM experience, and a strong focus on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive construction and project leadership experience.
• Experience leading major EPC/industrial projects with strong HSE and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction on major industrial projects, ensuring safety and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, commissioning, and operations.
