Job summary

Worley is seeking a Sr. Planner/Scheduler - Power to drive integrated schedules for major power and EPCM projects in a dynamic, global environment. You will shape execution strategies by linking engineering, procurement, and construction activities and delivering robust, integrated schedules.

You will work with project leadership to provide insights, mitigate risk, and optimize performance while mentoring junior planners and coordinating across disciplines in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling for large construction projects.
• Experience developing and managing schedules for power generation projects (simple-cycle and combined cycle).
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed engineering and construction schedules for major project proposals and active projects.
• Maintain schedules on an ongoing basis, ensuring accuracy and alignment with progress.
• Ensure compatibility and integration of supporting schedules across disciplines for a unified execution strategy.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, construction, and project controls teams to improve planning accuracy.
• Prepare and present schedule reports, progress updates, and forecasts to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support planning system improvements and mentor junior planners.
