Responsibilities

• Estimate costs, establish budgets, draft schedules, and assist in contract negotiations.
• Lead job site meetings, review progress, and supervise safety.
• Coordinate design with architects/engineers and approve shop drawings.
• Plan manpower, tools, equipment, and material needs; manage equipment maintenance.
