Job summary

PowerRise seeks a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale electric utility transmission and substation programs from inception through closeout. You’ll shape strategy, align stakeholders, and drive execution across engineering, procurement, and construction with strict schedules and budgets.

You’ll bring 10+ years in electric utility projects, strong leadership, and a proven record of delivering complex capital programs using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 10+ years PM experience in electric utilities.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale transmission/substation projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with diverse teams.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic project leadership and execution across large capital initiatives.
• Maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Mentor multidisciplinary teams and ensure regulatory and client alignment.
• Identify and mitigate risks with robust contingency planning.
