Job summary

This Site Manager position is located at Black & Veatch World Headquarters and requires mobilizing to sites as needed. Union or Union management experience is strongly preferred, with field leadership across power construction projects.

Responsible for successful execution, oversees staff, allocates resources, and ensures safety, quality and project controls align with contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 10+ years experience on similar projects in construction management.
• No degree required with 15+ years experience with 5+ years in a construction management role on smaller projects or 3 years as a Site Manager.

Responsibilities

• Directs staff in the daily/weekly planning process.
• Leads the site management team and interfaces with Owner and Contractor.
• Manages project controls, budget, schedule, safety and quality to meet plan.
